OVERVIEW

The Leading Teams Masterclass is designed to give you the skills and knowledge on how to classify your team and build it through the essential elements of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results. The Masterclass is designed for all members of a team and is based on evidence and research from Patrick Lencioni.

The Leading Teams Masterclass will broaden your understanding and enable you to gain the
ability to develop a High Performing Team through an understanding of the organisational systems and structures in the essential areas of trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results.
