WORKSHOP INFORMATION
OVERVIEW
The Aspiring Leaders Program is designed for leaders who would like to improve their knowledge, skills and practices in leading school communities. The program draws on the latest evidence of visionary leadership and instructional leadership to build teacher capability and improve student outcomes. Throughout the
program, learning is consolidated through one-on-one coaching and highly professional and collegiate groups.
OBJECTIVES
The Aspiring Leaders Program will broaden your understanding and enable you to:

Lead learning through improvement- focused inquiry to positively impact the quality of teaching in your school

Develop your own powerful aligned mission statement reflecting clear vision and values

Six to Nine-month multi-modal program
